THE METHOD OF PAYMENT: After the receipt of your authorized order,
we will send you Invoice showing the detail
of total payment request amount including
merchandise and shipping cost as well as
Sales Tax charge if applicable for Texas
resident. Upon the receipt of our Invoice,
you can pay by the following payment methods
through our Invoice, Visa, Master Card and
American Express. Our Invoice systems interfaced
with reliable credit card gateway company,
Authorize.net. Please note, we reserve the
right to decline address mismatches on credit
card order. We also accept the Paypal payment,
Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal or
Business Check, Wire Transfer from oversea.
For payment by Check, please allow 7-10 days
before we can ship to you. For International
orders, we cannot accept personal checks
because of prohibitive bank fees. Other payments,
we will ship within 2 to 3 days for normal
orders (except especially sized items).
SHIPPING: We are an experienced shipper and packer
as well as an exporter of Fine Art and Antiques
for the past 30 years. Each item is carefully
packed. We pack unframed Art works in a heavy
duty tube unless the customer requests flat
packing and agrees to pay the freight (although
we recommend large unframed art work be shipped
in tubes.) We can ship anywhere in the world.
The Shipping/Handling and Insurance (SHI)
charges are not included in our online catalog
prices. If there is special packing required
for domestic and oversea shipping, there
will be additional packing charges applied.
For shipping in Texas, the state sales tax
8.25% will be collected.
THE METHOD OF SHIPPING: For US domestic orders, we normally ship
via USPS priority mail insured. This usually
takes 2 to 3 days, from the date shipped,
before you receive the package. For overseas
shipments we normally ship the item via USPS
EMS (Express Mail Service) with insurance.
We will strive to ship the item per customer's
requested carrier.
THE COLOR REPRESENTATION: The colors on each art work are photographed
as close as we can represent the actual colors.
However, some of the art works with sensitive
colors may not shown the details with 100%
accuracy in the photo. If you are really
working with the colors to match your interiors,
please notify us in advance of order so we
can try and communicate with you regarding
color. We will note whether a certificate
of authenticity comes with an art work or
not in descriptions where we would note "COA".
